Elevate Her Retreat
Attendees are expected to arrive at various times throughout the day. Sunday is designated for arrival and adjusting to the new environment for the upcoming week. A gathering is planned for dinner, serving as both a social opportunity and an introduction, scheduled for 7:00 pm. This timing ensures ample flexibility for participants to reach the venue and settle in before we begin.
5 Days
Coffee, tea available starting at: 6:30 am
Morning sun, qi gong and breathwork with Chuck
Breakfast
First session: These sessions are primarily with Nikki and Callie. They are a combination of learning, exercise, experience and movement
Lunch
Second session: These sessions are primarily with Nikki and/or Marisol and combine learning and experiencing
Light meal/snack available
Third session: These sessions center around learning and integration with Marisol
Dinner
Optional wind down, breathwork, journaling, fire ceremony ect… with Marisol
