Elevate Her Retreat

Cancellation Policy
Participants who pay for the retreat are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of initial payment, as long as there are 75 days or more until the retreat begins. A refund will not be issued after 7 days of the marked payment date, or if there are 75 days or less until the start of the retreat. If the customer misses the 7-day refund window, the customer has the opportunity to transfer their payment to a future retreat occurring within 2 years, but will be assessed a $500 transfer fee. The customer is only eligible to transfer the payment to another retreat one time. In all circumstances, transfer of payment to another offered retreat must be requested a minimum of 75 days before the retreat start date. No refunds or transfers can be accommodated if there are 75 days or less to the start of retreat.

Please note, Elevate Her Retreat has the right to cancel a retreat due to weather, unavailability (sudden illness), pandemics, not enough attendees etc. In these cases you will be notified and issued a full refund within 30 days of notification.
